What separates KwikMaid from other companies in the area?

We strive for excellence at each and every cleaning. All of our staff is very cordial, respectful, honest, and are trained by the owner to go the extra mile to satisfy our customers. We take pride in our work and strive to free you up to spend time on more important things in life.

Do you supply the cleaning supplies and equipment?

Yes, we supply all products except for paper towels and trash bags. We mainly use green products for the safety of you, small children and pets. Please inform the estimator at your initial consult if you wish to use special products of your choice. And, in that case we request that you have those products available for our cleaning crew. We will bring a vacuum cleaner and a mop unless you prefer for us to use yours.

How often will you service my home?

We offer weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, or one-time cleaning services. Our most common cleanings are weekly and bi-weekly. These services keep your home well maintained and in a top-notch shape. Please let us know at your initial consultation how often you would like for us to service your home.

Who will come to clean my home and how many people will be here?

KwikMaid will send out teams of two employees who have been thoroughly trained and background checked. All of our employees have been trained and instructed to do an excellent job while treating you and your belongings with utmost respect. The same team will be assigned to your home for every service unless we have to adjust our overall schedule, and in that case, you will be informed ahead of time about the change.

Do I have to be home when your crew comes to clean?

No, you don’t have to be home. We are insured and bonded. We prefer that you give us the garage or the house code; it will be stored in our computer system and is released to the team lead on the day of your scheduled cleaning. If you have an armed alarm system, please provide clear instructions to disarm the system.

Can my pets be out while my house is being cleaned?

We love pets, and we will be very careful around them. Please let us know in advance what kind of pets you have, so we don’t startle them or accidentally let them outside. We also request that you secure them appropriately in case visitors make them nervous.

What if my appointment falls on a holiday?

If your appointment falls on a holiday, we will speak to you in advance and arrangements will be made to clean your home on another day that same week.

What is your policy for cancelling or re-scheduling?

Please give us a 48-hour notice if you need to re-schedule or cancel for any reason. This helps us with dispatching our crew and we can possibly schedule another client. We thank you in advance for your consideration regarding this matter.

Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice are difficult to fill. We do not double book our clients; therefore, your scheduled time is for you only. Failure to comply with our cancellation/ rescheduling policy will incur 25% of the cleaning fee to the client.

When is the payment due and what method of payment do you accept?

The payment is due at the time of service. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, venmo, zelle, cash, and check. Please make the checks payable to KwikMaid and put it in a sealed/labeled envelope for our staff to pick up.
